I'm Jade Mossop, a Global Creative Director working at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction and commercial execution.

Across two decades, I've led brand and creative direction for consumer portfolios spanning FMCG, wellness, lifestyle and premium categories. My work focuses on defining clear brand architecture, strengthening product and portfolio positioning, and translating that thinking into cohesive creative systems across packaging, PDPs, content, campaigns and commerce environments.

I specialize in repositioning and relaunching brands designed to scale, aligning positioning, creative production and channel execution across Amazon, DTC and retail to drive clarity, consistency and conversion.

Having founded and led Red Carpet Creative for over a decade before moving brand-side, I bring a founder’s commercial instinct to creative decision-making, balancing long-term brand equity with performance-led growth.
